Our focus is South Tyrolean specialities. South Tyrol's businesses are committed to the production of quality food products, thereby creating added value for the South Tyrolean region. This added value is to be strengthened through marketing activities at home and abroad that target traditional and new markets. The marketing activities are divided into image and sales promotion. Tasting promotions at the point of sale, events, PR actions and online activities are mainly carried out generically covering more than just one single product. Furthermore, there is a specific action plan for each product group. The following pages contain further info about sector specific promotions designed to improve the image and visibility of quality food products with both the European designation of origin and the South Tyrolean certificate of quality.
